Kids' Play

With the increasing restriction on advertising on children's TV shows and the change of schedules from mainstream channels such as ITV dropping kids' programmes to improve ratings in the early evening (it worked for them..), the internet would seem to be the perfect place to build and run children's TV channels that are available anytime, anywhere, on any device.

But it's probably the sector worst served at the moment...
