Well, not quite. Veoh has a heavyweight board and backing and so its shot across the bow of Universal over copyright issues is not to be taken lightly. It's good to see someone fighting the good fight.

The story so far, UMG sue Veoh for copyright infringement. Veoh claim safe harbour under the DMA and counter-sue.
