5 Second Of Fame

US TV is now carrying 5 sec ads for downloads on iTunes. This is probably a device that will extensively be used for internet TV channels at the cost of the channels running the ads. The amount of money spent on promoting channels and programmes on TV is extraordinary and there's no reason why the internet TV model will be any different. I have always said that expenditure on technology will be a fraction of the cost of marketing and content as the marketplace matures.
