One Way Bet

KIT's acquisition of Aussie CMS company Morpheum is a good purchase at the price paid and shows a couple of other things: KIT lacks a decent CMS and video is increasingly being demanded as an integrated part of the CMS by clients.

Video is, after all, just another medium, and running two CMSes is cumbersome for in house teams; in this instance KIT has seen the trend correctly. It also signifies a further step to becoming a mainstream web agency, albeit with specialist video expertise.
