I've just received a new offer from the folks at NewsCorp (sorry, BSKyB) to rejoin their online cabal for a reduced fee of only £23 a month. Now, this is £23 for a service that does not work at all. I have tried it twice, paying silly money, so I am not going to forgive past sins and hope that they've dropped the ridiculous Silverlight technology and opted for something that can actually deliver video.
Now, this is a company who I already pay for these channels, through Virgin Media. So much for tv everywhere...
£10 for all these channels on TV and online. Good deal. Let the footballers earn half a million a week instead of ten trillion...
