US And Them For .com

Another anti-gambling crackdown by the US authorities has seen the industry thrown into disarray, but more telling is the way that the .com domains were sequestered - we've seen this done in anti-piracy cases recently.

The US has always held that .com is an international domain, held 'in trust' by them, but this is clearly not the case.

When it comes to online it's clear that US laws govern anyone using the .com domain.
