I've spent the past week in a home with BT Vision, and all of a sudden Freeview, Sky and Virgin appear brilliant (despite their obvious shortcomings.)
BT Vision has a navigation system that is Byzantine, hardware that just doesn't work at all and a box that just crashes the whole time.
Watching any live or on demand service is a challenge - you click and nothing happens and then something happens and then nothing happens again. Out of ten programmes I watched, the majority crapped out for one reason or another. The service is nothing short of disgraceful.
BT Vision is a bad joke and its clients are chumps... I'm only glad that I've never subscribed to it...
