There's news that UEFA is finally doing something about the vanity 'business' that is football. It seems that serious penalties are about to be levied on two teams who benefit most from investment hidden as sponsorship deals from foreign benefactors.

Now, you can argue that it's a free world and that billionaires are free to waste their money as they see fit. But the trouble is that a handful of footballers and their agents are benefitting whilst fans are paying the price, often through their TV subscriptions.
