Earlier this week, the US Senate passed severe restrictions on offshore internet gambling in the US. This has cost any TV 2.0 service hoping to use a gambling model dearly (although there remain lucrative markets in the Middle and Far East); today reports that the Wisconsin Supreme Court voted to uphold the rights on Native Americans to allow gambling on their reservations. Now, I'm all for positive discrimination for Native Americans, but doesn't this strike you as utterly hypocritical ?
