As any industry develops, a new metalanguage evolves. In the case of TV 2.0 there are some terms which are causing confusion and I'd like to propose some defintions:
IPTV - a closed circuit service delivered over IP networks that may include television, on demand video, radio and telephony
Broadband TV - the uncontended streaming delivery of video over a broadband IP network
Internet TV - the delivery of video programming over the internet to any IP enabled device, eg PC, Mac, PSP, iPod
TV 2.0 - the new world of television delivery over IP networks
Let's see if the rest of the world agrees.
