There's some serious restructuring happening at internet video pioneer Roo. The company is somewhat sprawling, with offices around the world and a number of acquisitions under its belt. It's reasonably clear that these changes have been forced upon management with the COO of Jump TV coming in as Chairman and CEO. Kaliel Isaza Tuzman is infamous as one of the founders of the company featured in the documentary Starup.com. Jump TV is even more loss making than Roo, but at least has a coherent market focus.
