Euromisvision

The sheer fiasco that is the European Union is nowhere better demonstrated than in their TV legislation, where they originally legislated against (and I use that word advisedly) TV and then against VoD TV, but have left 'user generated' content from the equation.

So, anyone offering a playlist is regulated, but YouTube can continue to offer their mix of pet torture and pirated videos with no recourse.
