Last week I spoke and held a workshop at a conference of film makers sponsored by Screen South. As a result I’ve decided to feature a series of posts on what it takes to make a successful online TV channel or video service.
Apart from owning production companies, I’m a long time out of the content production business, so will leave that to far more qualified people, apart, perhaps from consider what works and what doesn’t from experience.
I’ve divided the subject into some broad posts I’ll be making over the coming weeks. Please feel free to post comments if you agree, disagree or have experience yourself of any of the following:
1) Know Where You’re Going
2) The Economics
3) The Technology
4) Marketing and Building An Audience
5) Pulling It All Together
6) Summary – Making Money From Internet TV
