Followers of the Financial Markets will have noticed that yesterday the market cap of Apple exceeded that of Microsoft for the first time ever. This is an amazing achievement given Apple's roller coaster ride and the perceived invincibility of Microsoft 10 years ago. The momentum for this fantastic return to form seems to come from the IPOD and subsequent launches of the IPOD touch, Iphone and now IPAD all spinning to some degree off the content structured within the apps on the App store.Steve Ballmer once infamously commented that his competitors would have to BOGU (bend over grease up....) which may be making him nervously look over his shoulder now if Steve Jobs has a similar view.
