It's been interesting watching TV in Wales after S4C was placed into the corpus grasp of the BBC. The kow towing has started and it's very sad to realise that my home country now has only one news provider after I lost the war to establish an alternative with the brilliant people at Golwg. And to realise that all Welsh media is still run from London.
I know that many of the people who work for S4C and the BBC are in denial, but they are the modern equivalent of colonial administrators, more concerned with their salaries than their country and culture. Their only consideration is in enforcing the rule from wherever the BBC has spent billions on building a headquarters most recently - White City/Portland Place/Salford/Mark Thompson's head....
