It seems that despite best efforts in respect of leading pirate channel myp2p.eu the channel has returned in the shape of wiziwig. The legal system and process is gradually coming to terms with the digital age (see MPA v BT) but even a quick look at the demographics of the audiences on the pirate sites indicates that rights owners and distributors will need to manage IP more effectively. Like Michael Myers it will never really go away...............
